Definitions   Shiloh Shepherds = My kennel name since 1974 http://www.shilohhistory.com   Splinter = Those that have at one time signed the LBA and worked with the breed founder, but later chose to "jump ship" and do "their own thing". We have researched each website carefully in order to determine "registry" affiliations for each breeder and the information we gleaned is documented below.  TSSR and NSBR website information accurate as of 6/5/2010.

How can someone with that kind of background fall for the [bleep]???  It's  almost unthinkable!!  Granted that the "old timers" didn't know about LMX etc.. but this person should have been jumping for JOY after reading my articles -- unlike "others" she would have been able to relate to their importance!!  These dogs are not "just tested" we have an extensive litter mate program that has been in use for decades! 

"Our foundation stud, Aquilo, is a broad-headed, large boned, Shiloh from old-lines; we hope to carry those valued qualities into the future of the Shiloh Shepherd breed" Please note that they got a pup in 2004 & as soon as he matured this person became a "breeder"????  Planning to CARRY ON the amazing qualities they saw in my dogs, by breeding to German Shepherds??  Just take a look at the  3 litters already produced & the 4th one coming up!!   What a joke!!  They are just LHGSD's.

Since the only information I could find regarding this breeder was their name and address, I sent them an e-mail asking for more details, or a website? The reply?? Who is this? I think that is VERY interesting since nearly everyone else "out there" has known **MaShiloh** for decades!!! However, these folks -- that claim to be breeding MY dogs -- have NO CLUE as to who I am???? Maybe they should visit http://www.shilohshepherds.com/newzion/

This (without the GSD mix in it)  is what the ISSR licensed breeders are producing -- CONSISTENTLY!! You can see Laz & all of my best dogs in there -- BUT you can also see the GSD "otx" they used that will water down future generations, especially if bred to more GSD crosses ... as they HAVE been doing!!  It won't be long before you see small scrawny progeny with super sized ears & hook tails popping out of the  magnificent old lines they once stole! And they want you to pay for them when you can get them free at a shelter!

Obviously they all wanted to breed to this guy, mostly Lobo daughters (no less) To a male that is out of a Lobo son -- can you spell I-N-B-R-E-E-D-I-N-G??? Well, if that's not bad enough -- Lobo himself is out of a 1/2 brother 1/2 sister combination!! If that's not enough -- we have 8 times Sabrina in one of them & even MORE TIMES in other combinations!! Oh -- yes -- the dog with the SARPLANINAC in her gene pool!! Don't these folks know how to read?? I have posted this information MANY times -- on a regular basis -- all they had to do was to join my forum to educate themselves and read this now!!

These guys didn't even bother to TRY putting some silly information up there -- JUST PICS OF PUPS 4 SALE!!  Is that all these folks care about -- selling their mixed breed puppies?? They all seem to sing the same "testing" & "home raised" mantras -- as IF that should mean SOMETHING???? Before YOU fall for the [bleep] -- READ The Difference Between Reputable Breeders and Irresponsible Breeders.

As I look at his *best* pedigree I clearly recognize names of dogs that used to be in my own breeding program -- dogs that had TOO MUCH SABRINA and therefore produced some SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES -- it was because of THOSE dogs that I brought in the NB line! That's why I wrote this article 12 years ago!  From the moment I first heard of him, Dave has done his best to attack me on every Internet forum he can find -- even the Wiki -- he was on a mission to CHANGE the true facts about my dogs!! It was ridiculous!  That's why I wrote my NEW article -- JUST FOR HIM! If you want another "taste" of his "TRUE COLORS" read my 2006 "show visit" report and now he is part owner of ABI Dog Shows.

Gee, I have not sold any of my *real deal* (ISSR) dogs to the police departments in over 30 years -- maybe because the ones I DID sell back then were actually GERMAN shepherds -- not the same "breed" at all!! Maybe these folks need to investigate WHAT a "Shiloh" is, because they are obviously passing along the same WRONG information that all of their friends seem to have! Yet they are ready to BREED pups, right along with their English Mastiffs, Mini Mastiffs, Mini Schnauzer, etc... BREEDS?? They should read ??

"We discovered the Shiloh Shepherd breed at the Toronto Sportsman Show in March of 2005, and knew that this breed would be the perfect addition to our family." From what I can glean via their web site, these folks got 2 pets that they are now breeding!  Anyone can have puppies, it takes a *breeder* to produce quality! I do not see anything there that shows me honesty & experience within THIS or *any* breed!  Like so many others -- they are JUST "having puppies" :>(  And they are not Shilohs!

"We began our love of the Shiloh Shepherd about 5 years ago when we were looking to add another dog to our home. We knew we wanted a Shepherd." And from the pictures that I can see on their site -- that is EXACTLY what they got --  pet quality GSD's -- those dogs are NOT Shilohs -- not in looks, and certainly not in heritage!  It is also VERY clear that they have NO clue about the REAL Shiloh Shepherds!! 

Denton Hollow is listed on the sliver club site, yet no information can be found via ANY search engines??  If those folks are pumping out puppies -- and using MY NAME to do so -- why are they in hiding??

This "breeder" was a member of the WC (consists of just a few TSSR puppy producers) that THINK they know how to reduce health issues in their breeding program by TESTING -- TESTING -- TESTING!! Unfortunately, if they took the time to STUDY - STUDY - STUDY **genetics** and the **carrier** factors, as well as my **LMX** program then maybe they would be able to figure out that I have ALREADY managed to reduce health issues in our Shiloh's & THAT'S why they are so special!!! Maybe they missed my breed development articles?

Desert Breeze is listed on the sliver club site but no information is given.  As long as they are listed on the "breeder" sites as active, I have no choice but to include them here.   If these folks are pumping out puppies - and using MY NAME to do so - why are they in hiding?? Maybe they figured out that this is no "money making" venture and just gave up? Can you find them on the search engines? If not, where are they?

Our goal is to produce beautiful, healthy Shilohs with sound temperament and working potential."  How do these folks expect to produce "beautiful" "healthy" Shilohs if they don't even understand the BREED STANDARD nor have they bothered to read ANY of my health articles - reports - etc!! ISSR Shiloh Shepherd Learning Center: Breeding and Genetics The ISSR breeders are constantly learning & working with the GTF to help find & eliminate any potential genetic problems -- what are these folks doing?? Spewing forth a bunch of WORDS that they know nothing about??? What a shame -- and they call themselves breeders? Makes me want to puke!

Our puppies are properly socialized from the time they are born to the time they go to their new homes."  What do these people KNOW about breeding dogs???  Anyone can have a litter of pups, it doesn't make that person a BREEDER!!  Just take a look at this page. THAT'S an example of a REAL breeder!! Although it's not always easy to find exceptional breeders like this, you CAN find honest *hobby breeders* that have dedicated themselves to a particular breed & are only interested in producing quality pups that will carry on their kennel name -- not in mass producing puppies for money like the millers are doing!  Take some time to view this chart!

"Galaxy Shiloh Shepherds, Licensed Breeder, Olympia Washington"  That is what their banner claims -- LICENSED BREEDERS?? --  licensed by WHOM??  Instead of "franchising" my name & charging people that want to use it -- like KFC or Pizza Hut or even Burger King does -- I chose to GIVE people a chance to use my name IF they agreed to a follow a few easy rules -- PERIOD!!  They didn't have to "join my team" but if they DID -- I expected them to fulfill their agreement!!  Since its inception the LBA has gotten much stricter due to all of the abuse that these poor dogs have had to suffer!! All of our data is listed on the web. Where is *their* club/registry data listed???

NONE of these people were EVER in the ISSR program!  One owned a pet King, the other a GSD! Doesn't anyone bother to research?  The ISSR doesn't breed littermates!

"Dindi, our fourth dog, is a dual registered German Shepherd and Shiloh Shepherd. She is registered as a German Shepherd with AKC, NKC and UKC and as a Shiloh Shepherd with NSBR." THESE FOLKS ARE EVEN ADMITTING IT NOW!   Their "shilohs" are also registered as GSD's!  So why are they selling the pups with false papers??  Because they can charge MORE MONEY for them!  It's THAT simple!

COMPLETELY FALSE!  Another "so called breeder" that knows NOTHING about my dogs!  The *MAW* (GSD/Malamute mix) was not added to my program until 1986!!  Full history details have been on our web sites for nearly 2 decades, all these  folks have to do is to read my articles or even look at pictures! First of all, the *unscrupulous* reference was made regarding  ALL of the [bleep]s!! Second of all, it's just a FACT that any of those people that have chosen to breed AKC German Shepherds (that had real GSD papers) and selling those pups as Shiloh Shepherds in order to charge MORE MONEY  are cheating the public -- therefore they ARE unscrupulous -- CASE CLOSED!  All of the honest REAL DEAL SHILOH owners that have read this article -- loved it!!! True Stories Read them!

No website could be found here either, possibly because of the new puppy mill laws that some of these folks would like to avoid by NOT selling their (home raised) pups via the web?? Do they know that it represents a BLUEPRINT?  What organization "licensed" these folks? It certainly wasn't ME! ISSR Licensed Breeder Requirements Now read the ARBA Story!

"The Shiloh Shepherd is a Rare Breed very similar to its close cousin, the German Shepherd Dog, in looks, however with increased size, level topline and a gentler demeanor." Is this all they *know* about my BREED??  If that's true, then why don't these folks bother to LEARN more about the REAL DEAL?? Obviously they are just following the herd  until they fall off the cliff, like some of the others already have!  Maybe someday they will read The True Shiloh Shepherd Story!

Lightning Ridge obviously designed the web site for the Shiloh Zone  a group that has been trying to "hang on" since the original split way back when - but can't seem to muster up enough folks that WANT to deal with *their* system!!  After all, why should they collect (and even share) "health data" on their dogs -- it might get **exposed** to their competitors & then they wouldn't be able to sell as many pups!!  Maybe these folks should have taken some lessons from others that WERE successful with their breeding programs?? If you check their web sites, many  "breeders" listed are actually GSD people.

Yet these folks never bothered to investigate the truth!  Obviously they fell for the [bleep]s story & ended up pumping out more GSD mixes, instead of the REAL DEAL!  Why didn't they bother to study my huge Q & A -- full of answers that would have helped them do the RIGHT thing, instead of misleading the public by passing off GSD mixes  as Shilohs! How can these people sleep at night? Just read Tina Speaks!

So far this is the first one of *their* breeders that shows nice pix of her Lobo son but did not breed him due to his bad hips! Nothing else could be found, although the site DOES mention that "puppies" will be expected?? Maybe the kennel owners should take some time to read the Shiloh Wall of Shame before choosing to associate with this group?? This **club** has even gone so far as to make up THEIR OWN breed standard for MY dogs -- who ever heard of such a thing??? Obviously these people live in a world of "their own making" LOL. Be sure to read my reports!

From her breedersclub.net ad: "Sire is a Champion sired AKC German Shepherd from SchH3 working lines. Dam is a registered Shiloh Shepherd, working on her title.  My past clients that keep in contact with me are extremely happy with their German Shiloh Shepherd dogs." DID YOU "GET IT"??

"Nyssa was born in Kentucky on March 1, 1997. She comes from mostly the Kari line which is known for producing super intelligent dogs with fantastic movements, a great trainability, and protective yet gentle temperaments."  Nyssa was a nice pet, but didn't make size & should not have been bred -- nevertheless my advise was ignored & she had a litter that looked more like the light colored GSD shown at the top of this page. In  one of my broken hearted reports I pointed out her faults & the backlash was unbelievable -- obviously these folks didn't care WHAT their dogs looked like (I think I called them Corgi mixes) as long as they could SELL THOSE PUPS!!

HERE WE GO AGAIN!! What do these folks mean by "scientifically" breeding MY dogs?? Have they bothered to read about MY "formula" for the past 48 years???  Full details have been published all over the web for decades!! If they wanted to breed MY dogs, they could have joined MY program  -- instead they are producing LHGSD's and claiming them to be something they are NOT!! Since my articles have been hitting the mainstream web sites most of the [bleep]s have also gone "underground" via FaceBook!!   Once they start a page, they try to invite REAL breeders (ISSR) to join them in order to gain some semblance of credibility -- and of course, confuse the public as much as they can by hiding "amongst us" *in plain sight* -- great new trick that HAS been working!!! Many REAL Shiloh owners never bother to check out the folks that "invite" them, and therefore accept these poison invitations from the *dark side*  Be sure to check out Confusion!!

I was a bit surprised by that nice BIG dog too -- till I discovered that he was one of those stolen ISSR littermates! Although they had a few of them, early on, their genes are too polluted now to produce more! WHAT A WASTE!!

From what I can glean -- they don't "market" their own pups -- they just produce them??  But they do share lots of pics of their GSD's -- only one could actually "pass" for a Shiloh (Remy) but upon closer examination he is just FAT & very low stationed! I did find parents names, but those dogs are 3rd or 4th generation mixes crossed with  even more GSDs!!  Why would these folks even THINK that they were breeding Shiloh Shepherds?? I saw a lot of pictures of pet quality LHGSD's ... no full pedigrees, but the names listed were unknown to me. Some sizes were also listed, but a 16 mo. male should  be much bigger then THAT!  95.5 lbs (or the second one 89.9) at 16 months. These are not proper "Shiloh" representations!  What about their pups, are they breeding back to more GSD's? They will NEVER get the size, or hips, or even temperament BACK!!  All they can accomplish is to pollute the genepool!  These folks should have studied my work before mass producing  those pets! ISSR pups are much bigger!

Amazing, the only "breed info" I could find were links to the sliver club's propaganda!  Nothing about "the breed" provided from this "breeder" -- obviously they are ONLY interested in promoting their  litter announcements in order to sell their mutt puppies for big bucks!!  If they want to claim a "profession" why 'don't they bother to educate themselves about their product? Maybe they should read Broken Hearted Breed Founder

"About 9 years ago, I did research on the computer and found the Shilohs Shepherds. They won my heart; it was love at first sight. We got our first Shiloh..." Just like all of the others, they have a pretty web site with lots of pics & gooey slush about how wonderful their GSD's are (it's a great breed -- and the LHGSD is an exceptional dog -- but they are NOT Shiloh's!!)  These folks obviously love GSD's and wanted to breed them -- so WHY are they lying about them??  They bred AKC Golden's, why not just breed AKC GSD's??  There are tons of LHGSD breeders coast to coast!!  While doing their "computer research" maybe they should have read Investigate B-4-U Invest and Breed Development series.

Their entire website quote had to be removed due to their lawyer's letter, but paraphrasing it, the quote basically stated that they do comprehensive health testing and are serious about contributing to the future of the this breed. My reply remains the same as it was - with proof.  After spending over an hour perusing this site I have come to the conclusion that these folks HAVE NO CLUE!!  Yes, they post pedigrees -- but the COI numbers are a JOKE!  I was laughing so hard that I almost fell off my chair reading the reports!!  Obviously they do NOT have a decent database that can provide them with the computations that they would need in order to use ANY of that information -- it just *sounds* good!!  People "think" that DNA means something -- it only proves WHO the parents were!!  Maybe these folks should take some time to study MY articles??

Worst examples of pet quality GSD's I've ever seen!!   I know the dog has passed away so I don't want to attack her bitchy head & oversized ear structure -- but honestly -- although a nice therapy dog & probably wonderful pet, she should NEVER have been bred, especially to some GSD!!  What are these people trying to do -- destroy the REAL Shiloh??  DISCOVER THE TRUTH!!  READ my Tina Speaks articles or visit a shelter!

People like this never cease to amaze me!!  In the *real* "dog world" a person would purchase a "show puppy" (or working dog) and then work with a MENTOR for years -- showing, training, breeding, etc.... they would build a reputation!!  Then after 20-30 years of involvement (and production of dozens of champions) that person might apply to become a judge, put on seminars, etc. etc. & THEN try to get elected as a club official!!  Not these folks -- they just walk in & *claim* the hall of fame -- without ever having to do ANYTHING to earn that right!! <barf>  BTW -- contribute to *WHAT* gene pool??  Those GSD's are never going to get any kind of legitimate recognition as "Shiloh Shepherds" & therefore their names will soon be forgotten!!!

What could ANY of these WANNABE * kennels listed above be working towards? Producing nice puppies? Why not just work with the Long Haired German Shepherd breeders? At least they could claim HONEST (AKC) registration papers! Or if they want to develop a "new" breed, why don't they pick a name like SELAH SHEPHERDS since that is what most of them are breeding!! None of these people have EVER been involved with "THEM" and many have requested that their names be removed - but to no avail - the other club wants the NUMBERS, in order to "puff up" their "credibility"?? LOL

	What is an "old line" Shiloh? The original "old line" Shiloh's were ALL **attack** trained!! Many of them were extremely hard & were NEVER used in my "new breed development" program!! When I chose my foundation lines I eliminated all of the German lines that had hip - health or aggression problems!  None of those dogs were allowed into my gene pool!!! Maybe these folks should go BACK to the 70's & 80's pictures & take another look at what a Shiloh Shepherd was???

I asked an old REB (toy breed) to view this article and share her opinion.  She came back with: " It's easy to understand their problem with you - THE PRINCIPAL -- when I was a kid I would have loved to start my own school -- then we could have RECESS all day long....well, except for breakfast, lunch & snacks."   LOL!

And I could fully understand what she meant! Why bother working for something BIG, like a degree, when you can "just have fun" -- material girls?? Must be!! These "playtime breeders" are just having FUN!!
